To provide recent engineering graduates with practical training and hands-on experience in production operations within a pressure vessels manufacturing environment. The trainee will assist in production planning, fabrication, welding, assembly, and quality assurance processes, while learning industry standards and safety protocols.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

a.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support the production team in daily fabrication, welding, and assembly tasks.<\/p>\n

b.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Participate in the planning and scheduling of manufacturing operations.<\/p>\n

c.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Learn and apply manufacturing standards such as ASME, API, or ISO related to pressure vessels.<\/p>\n

d.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor production processes and assist in identifying areas for efficiency improvement.<\/p>\n

e.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain accurate production data and reports under the guidance of supervisors.<\/p>\n

f.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in implementing quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process.<\/p>\n

g.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Observe and follow all workplace health and safety procedures and guidelines.<\/p>\n

h.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Collaborate with other departments including design, maintenance, and quality assurance.<\/p>\n

i.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Undertake assigned projects or tasks to enhance knowledge of production systems.<\/p>\n

3. Qualifications and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (welding, machining, fabrication).<\/li>\n
    2. Familiarity with engineering drawings and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an added advantage.<\/li>\n
    3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
    4. Good communication and teamwork abilities.<\/li>\n
    5. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.<\/li>\n
    6. High level of integrity and work ethic.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      4. Training & Development<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The trainee will undergo structured on-the-job training in:<\/p>\n

      1. Pressure vessel fabrication techniques.<\/li>\n
      2. Welding procedures and inspections.<\/li>\n
      3. Production planning and inventory control.<\/li>\n
      4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices.<\/li>\n
      5. Quality assurance standards and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        5. Career Progression<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Upon successful completion of the training program and performance evaluation, the trainee may be considered for a permanent position such as Production Engineer<\/strong>, Quality Control Officer<\/strong>, or Maintenance Technician<\/strong>, based on company needs and individual performance.<\/p>\n
